Due to recent August 2026 ruling surrounding the use of images of children and artificial intelligence under UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. STEVEN ANDEREGG, I have made the decision not to publicly display portraits of minors in my online galleries, portfolio, or social media. The privacy, safety, and protection of children will always be a priority for me. I do not permit portraits of minors created by Sun Chaser Photo to be used for AI training, AI generation, manipulation, or influence of artificial intelligence systems for any purpose, and thus this is why I have removed all portraits of minors from my platforms.

As a result, my portfolio may appear to focus primarily on couples, engagements, and other portraiture. Please know that this does not reflect the full range of my experience, and I do still photograph families and children by client request. But with that said, this policy is intended to protect the images and identities of the children I photograph while allowing their families to enjoy and preserve their portraits privately.
